Today, we had a meeting with Akemi from Zen Mondo in Angel, who is interested in taking part to our Algae Opera stage 2 show. She creates such a beautiful food and serves at her small yet pretty restaurant.
We had meeting with her, inviting her to join our event Algae Opera as a chef and serves special Algae plates.
